VIP Manager / VIP Account Manager

We are looking for a VIP Manager / VIP Account Manager to join an iGaming / sweepstakes casino product startup.

We need someone who knows how to work with high-value players, build personal communication, drive retention and reactivation, and help grow revenue through the VIP segment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of VIP / high-value players
• Communicate with VIP players via email, messengers, calls, and other channels
• Reactivate inactive or declining players
• Create and suggest personalized offers, bonuses, and promos for VIP players
• Help develop the VIP / Loyalty program
• Monitor player activity and identify opportunities to grow LTV and revenue
• Collect player feedback and share insights with the team
• Work closely with CRM, Product, Support, Payments, and Risk / Fraud teams

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a VIP Manager / Account Manager / Retention Manager in iGaming, online casino, or sweepstakes casino
• Experience working with VIP / high-value players
• Understanding of retention, reactivation, loyalty, and VIP mechanics
• Strong communication skills and ability to build personal relationships with players
• Understanding of key metrics: LTV, ARPU / ARPPU, Retention, Churn, Revenue
• Basic experience with CRM / back-office / analytics tools
• English is required
• Russian or Ukrainian is required
• Proactive, independent, and comfortable working in a startup environment

Nice to have:

• Experience with sweepstakes / social casino model
• Experience with US / Canada / Tier-1 markets
• Experience launching or growing a VIP function in a startup
• Experience with Customer.io, HubSpot, Intercom, Zendesk, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar tools

• Compensation: $2,500–3,500 gross/month fixed + performance-based bonus
• For strong candidates with relevant iGaming / sweepstakes / VIP experience, we are open to discussing higher compensation
