We are Headshot Recruitment Agency, and our client is a fast-growing iGaming company delivering premium online casino experiences to a global VIP audience. With a strong presence across the EMEA region, they are known for high retention, a player-centric strategy, and top-tier service for high-value clients.

To support their growth, they are looking for a VIP Account Manager to manage elite player relationships, boost loyalty, and drive high-margin engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain close relationships with VIP players, delivering a white-glove service experience
• Enhance retention and loyalty through personalized rewards, promotions, and engagement campaigns
• Drive revenue growth by identifying upsell opportunities and cross-promotion of casino offerings
• Proactively engage with high-value clients, resolve inquiries, and ensure a seamless gaming experience
• Monitor player behavior and compliance, flagging any potential issues with fraud or responsible gaming
• Organize VIP events, tournaments, and special promotions tailored to individual players
• Analyze player metrics and feedback to optimize engagement strategies and lifetime value
• Collaborate across departments (CRM, support, marketing, product) to improve the VIP experience
• Ensure all activities follow regulatory standards, especially in areas of responsible gaming

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in VIP management or account management within the iGaming industry
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a high level of professionalism
• Data-driven mindset, able to interpret player data and adapt strategies accordingly
• Experience using CRM platforms and familiarity with online casino environments
• Understanding of responsible gaming policies and regulatory frameworks
• Flexible schedule to meet VIP players’ availability, including evenings or weekends if needed
• Fluent English (other languages are a plus)
