Our ambition is to become the biggest thing in adult entertainment — the next platform category after fansites/cams — powered by AI and designed for scale.

We are looking for a UA Manager Lead to own the engine that fuels Swipey.AI’s global expansion. This isn’t a role for a passive campaign manager; we need a growth scientist who can build a performance powerhouse from the ground up.

As our UA Lead, you will bridge the gap between data-driven precision and creative intuition. You will be responsible for defining our acquisition strategy across mobile web and desktop, scaling budgets aggressively but intelligently, and pioneering new funnels in a rapidly evolving market. You are the conductor of our growth symphony, turning raw data into millions of meaningful connections.

Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize massive performance-based campaigns across Search, Social, and unconventional channels, ensuring we dominate the AI companion space
Own the end-to-end user journey: create, manage, and obsessively optimize campaigns and landing pages to squeeze every drop of ROI out of our traffic
Monitor performance with a hawk’s eye: cenerate deep-dive reports that don’t just show numbers, but provide the “why” behind the “what”
Work hand-in-hand with our Motion and Design teams
Stay two steps ahead of platform updates, UA & PPC trends: you should know Google, Meta, and TikTok’s algorithms better than they know themselves.

Requirements:

2+ years of high-growth experience in UA/PPC, specifically within web platforms, apps, or subscription-based entertainment
Solid understanding of performance attribution, and hands-on experience with Looker or Tableau
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple campaigns
Deep understanding of digital marketing principles, best practices, and industry trends.

Benefits:
