One of the key strategic projects is a next-generation AI Companion Platform. It is a sophisticated product where users interact with AI characters through personalized, emotionally engaging communication.
From an engineering perspective, this platform integrates several high-stakes domains: Conversational AI/LLM, real-time backend architecture, recommendation engines, and high-load distributed systems.
About the role
We are looking for a Technical Delivery Manager to act as a vital “bridge” and synchronizer between two core departments: ML/AI (led by the Head of AI) and R&D (led by the CTO).
The main goal is to align interaction processes, eliminate bottlenecks in feature delivery, and ensure a seamless technical release cycle for a rapidly scaling product.
This is definitely a management role, but it carries no direct reporting line; you will be leading through influence.
This is a role for a “technical star” who can maintain a Helicopter View of the system while not being afraid to get their hands dirty with the code when necessary.
