Team Lead of Affiliate (iGaming | Europe Focus)

We are Headshot Recruitment Agency, and our client — a global iGaming company with operations in 30+ countries — is seeking an experienced and results-driven Team Lead of Affiliate to manage and scale its affiliate operations in European GEOs.

This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in performance marketing, understands partner dynamics, and is ready to drive growth through both strategic oversight and hands-on affiliate engagement.

Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of Affiliate Managers (currently 2+ people)
Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners across European markets
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with strategic partners
Monitor, analyze, and optimize partner performance using KPIs such as CPA, CPL, RevShare, FTDs
Analyze competitors and market trends to identify growth opportunities
Create and implement strategies to increase conversion rates, retention, and revenue
Collaborate closely with marketing, analytics, and finance teams to ensure operational success
Prepare regular performance reports and growth forecasts for leadership

Requirements:

2–3 years of experience in affiliate marketing within the iGaming industry
Proven team leadership experience (2+ team members)
Fluent in English (Russian is a plus)
Hands-on experience managing large affiliate portfolios in European GEOs
Strong understanding of affiliate KPIs: FTDs, activation/reactivation, ROI
Solid knowledge of affiliate payment models: CPA, referral, fixed payouts, hybrid
Strategic mindset combined with excellent people management and negotiation skills
