We are looking for a highly skilled Team Lead Media Buyer with a serious, results‑driven approach.

This is not just a managerial role — the true measure of success will be building a strong team that can efficiently manage very large advertising budgets while delivering excellent ROI.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and lead a team of Media Buyers (around 10 people, with the option to bring your own team)
  • Plan, assign tasks, and monitor team performance
  • Manage large advertising budgets on Facebook (Feed, Reels, Lead Ads, Advantage+)
  • Ensure high efficiency, excellent ROI, and stable budget performance

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years in a Team Lead position
  • Experience working in a product team
  • Proven ability to manage teams, build departments, and develop & oversee KPI plans
  • Hands-on expertise in Media Buying with Facebook Ads
  • Successful campaigns across Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 markets
  • Experience with personal budgets starting from $15,000/day and team budgets ranging from $500,000 to $1,000,000/month
