We are Headshot Recruitment Agency, and our client seeking a highly skilled System Administrator to join a Single Family Office based in Cyprus. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and optimizing the IT infrastructure that drives the Family Office’s operations, including financial platforms, budgeting tools, and secure digital workflows.

This is a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies, including Jira Data Center, Microsoft Dynamics, and PowerBI, while ensuring seamless integration and data flow across systems.

Responsibilities:

• Jira Data Center Management:
• Configure workflows, user roles, and permissions.
• Write and troubleshoot scripts in Groovy using ScriptRunner.
• Manage license updates, automation workflows, and integrations.
• Regularly create and restore backups to ensure data integrity.
• Microsoft Dynamics and PowerBI Integration:
• Maintain and optimize integrations with Jira and other financial tools.
• Ensure accurate data flow for budgeting and reporting processes.
• Troubleshoot and enhance system connectivity.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in system administration, security, or network management are a plus.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience as a System Administrator or in a similar role.
• Expertise in Jira, Microsoft Dynamics, Azure AD, and PowerBI.
• Proven experience with corporate network configurations (VPN, VLAN, DHCP).
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as Groovy, PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
• Strong problem•solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency in managing cross•platform environments (Windows, macOS, Linux).
