We are looking for a skilled SysAdmin for a fast-growing fintech and payment technology company developing next-generation payment processing platform.
In just 1.5 years, they have scaled to a team of 100+ people and continue to expand at high speed — launching new geo markets, extending licenses, and building a powerful global payment infrastructure.

Role Overview

We are looking for a System Administrator who will take responsibility for supporting and maintaining our office IT infrastructure in Limassol, managing corporate systems, access control, networks, workstations, and ensuring stable day-to-day operations.
You will work closely with DevOps, Security, Golang engineering teams, Operations, and HR, contributing both to daily operational tasks and to building and scaling internal systems and processes from the ground up.

Responsibilities:

  1. User & Office IT Support (First Line)
    • Receive and handle user requests via Slack, email, or a ticket system.
    • Assist employees with basic issues: Wi-Fi connection, printers, monitors, audio/headset, conferencing tools, etc.
    • Prepare and set up workstations for new employees (laptop, monitor, peripherals, basic software).
  2. Google Workspace (Basic Administration)
    • Create and deactivate user accounts according to a predefined checklist.
    • Assign standard groups and email aliases based on role.
    • Perform password resets and assist with 2FA according to security procedures.
    • Keep simple documentation of changes (who was created/disabled and when).
  3. Office Access (Non-security side)
    • Process requests from HR/management regarding office access (who needs a badge/card).
    • Maintain a simple registry of who has which access card or code, based on information from the Security team.
    • Coordinate with the Security team or building management when access needs to be changed or revoked (you do not configure the security system yourself).
  4. Corporate Phone Numbers & Communication Accounts
    • Help issue and track corporate phone numbers (SIM / SIP / virtual numbers) according to instructions.
    • Maintain a registry of which employee uses which number/account.
    • Assist with basic setup of softphones or communication apps and perform test calls.
  5. MDM & Devices (Operational Tasks)
    • Enroll new laptops and mobile devices into the MDM system following a checklist.
    • Apply standard profiles and policies depending on the employee role (by template).
    • Check basic compliance indicators (enrollment status, encryption, required agents) and report issues to the IT / Infrastructure Manager.
    • Remind users to complete required steps (e.g., enable disk encryption, install agent) and guide them through simple actions.
  6. IT Asset Management & Inventory
    • Label devices with asset tags and keep inventory records up to date.
    • Track laptops, monitors, phones, and other equipment (assigned to whom, location, status).
    • Support onboarding/offboarding processes: issue and collect equipment according to checklists.
    • Prepare simple inventory reports for IT and Finance when requested.
  7. Internet & Basic Network Checks (First Line Only)
    • Perform initial checks in case of internet or connectivity issues:
      • Verify cables and hardware status indicators.
      • Check if the issue is local to a user or affects multiple people.
      • Follow a simple troubleshooting checklist (restart device, basic tests).
    • Record incidents and escalate complex or recurring issues to the IT / Infrastructure Manager.
    • Contact the ISP for simple cases, using prepared scripts or templates (if required).
  8. Documentation & Checklists
    • Keep simple internal documentation up to date (who has what, what was done, when).
    • Follow existing checklists for onboarding/offboarding and suggest improvements when needed.
    • Log completed tasks in the agreed tools (Google Sheets, ticket system, etc.).

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in System Administration, IT Support, or IT Operations.
  • Confident knowledge of macOS, Windows, Linux environments.
  • Experience working with corporate productivity and collaboration tools:
    • Slack
    • Jira / Confluence
    • Google Workspace
  • Solid understanding of networks: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLAN, Firewall.
  • Hands-on experience with office IT infrastructure (Wi-Fi, switches, routers, VoIP).
  • Good understanding of information security basics (access control, device management).
  • English — Intermediate or higher (all internal communication is in English).
  • Availability to work on-site in the Limassol office (hybrid possible after onboarding).
⭐ Nice-to-Have
  • Experience with MDM solutions (Jamf, Intune, Fleet, Kandji, etc.) is a plus.
  • Experience with VoIP / softphones / virtual numbers is a plus.
  • Experience with hardware inventory or asset tracking.
  • Experience building IT workflows or infrastructure from scratch.
