SEO Specialist

We are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist to join our team remotely on a full-time basis.

This role is suitable for a hands-on SEO professional who understands how search engines work, can manage SEO projects independently, and is confident working with technical SEO, content, semantics, links, analytics, and multilingual websites.

You will be responsible for improving website visibility, growing organic traffic, identifying technical and content-related issues, preparing clear tasks for copywriters and developers/designers, monitoring implementation, and reporting on project results.

Responsibilities:

Understand the principles of website structure, search engine algorithms, ranking factors, filters, and penalties.
Conduct technical SEO audits and identify issues affecting indexing, crawling, performance, and rankings.
Work with semantic cores: keyword research, clustering, metadata, page structure, and search intent.
Prepare technical tasks for copywriters and review SEO texts.
Analyze existing content and provide recommendations for optimization.
Use ChatGPT and other AI tools to improve SEO workflows and content processes.
Prepare technical specifications for website templates, page layouts, and design improvements.
Manage and control the execution of SEO-related tasks.
Work with link-building strategies, including outreach links and quality donor selection.
Evaluate donor websites based on key SEO metrics and relevance.
Maintain project reporting: rankings, backlinks, completed tasks, traffic, and other SEO metrics.
Work with CMS platforms and SEO plugins such as Yoast SEO, caching plugins, Yandex Turbo, and similar tools.
Work with multilingual websites and international SEO elements.
Create and manage technical SEO files such as robots.txt, sitemap.xml, and .htaccess.
Set up and work with analytics and webmaster tools, including Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Yandex Metrica, and similar platforms.
Use SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Rush Analytics, Turgenev, Text.ru, Topvisor, PR-CY, Screaming Frog, and similar services.
Conduct competitor analysis, including technical, content, and backlink analysis.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an SEO Specialist.
Strong understanding of search engine optimization for Google and/or Yandex.
Experience with technical SEO audits and on-page optimization.
Ability to work with large semantic cores, keyword clustering, and metadata.
Experience preparing clear technical tasks for copywriters, developers, and designers.
Understanding of link-building, outreach, and donor website quality assessment.
Experience with SEO reporting and tracking project performance.
Hands-on experience with CMS platforms and SEO plugins.
Ability to work with multilingual websites.
Experience with analytics and SEO tools.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
Ability to quickly adapt to new niches and website types.
Proactive attitude and ability to ask for help or resources when needed.

Nice to Have

Experience with gambling or betting-related projects.
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience working with large keyword databases.
Experience with domain migrations and website moves.
English language skills.
Experience working with CRM systems.
