SEO Specialist – Off-Page, Parasite SEO, Link Building (Full-Time)

We are Headshot Recruitment Agency, and our client — a global performance marketing team — is currently seeking a full-time SEO Specialist to join their fast-moving media buying group. This is a high-impact role focused on off-page SEO, link building, and parasite SEO tactics across competitive verticals such as gambling, crypto, DeFi, and lead generation.

The ideal candidate is based in Dubai or able to work efficiently within a fully remote, English-speaking environment. If you’re someone who understands SEO beyond theory — and knows how to drive results in high-risk markets — this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

Own and scale off-page SEO and link-building strategies (white-hat and grey-hat)
Manage parasite SEO campaigns to rank content fast using high-authority domains
Conduct in-depth SEO audits to detect technical and content issues
Identify and act on ranking opportunities across client and internal properties
Build and execute safe backlink campaigns that maximize ROI without risk
Collaborate with in-house and freelance writers to drive content strategy in competitive niches
Report on keyword movements, page rankings, link velocity, and campaign impact
Track, evaluate, and iterate SEO performance using Ahrefs, SEMrush, GSC, Screaming Frog, etc.

Requirements:

2+ years of hands-on experience in off-page SEO and link building
Deep familiarity with competitive SEO verticals: gambling, crypto, DeFi, lead gen
Working knowledge and experience with parasite SEO
Ability to manage multiple SEO experiments in parallel
Experience using modern SEO toolsets: Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GSC
Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently in a remote, results-driven team
Understanding of link safety and SEO risk management in volatile markets

Nice to Have:

Exposure to black-hat and grey-hat SEO techniques, with ethical discernment on usage
Familiarity with non-Google ecosystems: Bing, Yahoo, ChatGPT-generated results, alternative engines
Experience with SEO for multilingual or international markets
Background in affiliate marketing, arbitrage, or performance media
