SEO / SERM Specialist

We are looking for a strong SEO / SERM Specialist who will help shape, grow, and protect the brand’s visibility and reputation across search engines, AI/LLM answers, app stores, review platforms, and external websites.

This role is a strong fit for someone who feels confident at the intersection of SEO, SERM, ORM, content, link building, and online reputation.

You will not only work on organic growth, but also influence how millions of users perceive the product when they search for information about the brand.

Responsibilities:

SEO and Organic Growth

— Develop and implement SEO strategies for international markets;
— Increase organic traffic, brand visibility, and conversions from search;
— Analyze branded, commercial, and informational search queries;
— Research competitors, SERP results, content strategies, and backlink profiles;
— Identify new growth opportunities and launch SEO initiatives;
— Evaluate the performance of SEO, SERM, ASO, and link building activities;
— Prepare analytical reports, insights, and recommendations for the business and key stakeholders.

Content and Link Building

— Collect, analyze, and cluster semantic keywords;
— Create content plans and prepare briefs for SEO pages, blog articles, PR materials, review pages, FAQ, and help center content;
— Work with the content team on structure, search intent, metadata, internal linking, and page optimization;
— Develop and implement link building strategies;
— Select high-quality platforms for placements and monitor backlink performance;
— Analyze the results of content initiatives and suggest improvements.

SERM / ORM / ASO

— Manage the brand’s reputation in Google search and AI search results;
— Work with branded search results and improve the quality of search visibility for key brand queries;
— Monitor and manage the brand’s presence on review platforms;
— Work with ratings and reviews in the App Store and Google Play;
— Monitor domain reputation and react to negative mentions or reputation risks;
— Support initiatives aimed at improving brand trust and search perception.

Brand Protection

— Identify and process reputation threats;
— Work with fake websites, domain clones, phishing pages, impersonation cases, and unauthorized brand usage;
— Participate in handling information attacks and reputation risks;
— Collaborate with legal and compliance teams on takedown, trademark abuse, impersonation, phishing, and brand protection cases.

Requirements:

— Experience in SEO, SERM, ORM, Reputation Management, or related areas;
— Strong understanding of search results, branded SEO, content promotion, and link building;
— Experience with semantic research, content planning, and preparing briefs for writers;
— Practical experience with SERP analysis and search analytics;
— Experience working with review platforms and mobile app stores;
— Strong analytical skills and ability to make decisions based on data;
— Understanding of how search visibility and reputation affect trust, conversions, and user perception;
— English level sufficient for working with international markets and English-language platforms;
— Russian language fluency.
