Senior Python Developer

We are Headshot Recruitment Agency, and our client is seeking a Senior Python Developer (Tech Lead) to take ownership of backend development tasks, build internal tools, integrate third-party APIs, and continuously improve product performance. This is a remote role with full flexibility and fast execution cycles.

Responsibilities:

• Write clean and effective Python 3 code for backend systems
• Build internal tools such as onboarding, post-trade settlement, treasury management, and reporting modules
• Support and implement API integrations with third-party services (REST and WebSockets)
• Automate daily routines with custom scripts and monitoring tools
• Initiate and lead new technical improvements and product features

Requirements:

• Strong expertise in Python development
• Experience working with large datasets and ETL pipelines
• Familiarity with SQL and basic database operations
• Degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) from a top university
• Russian language proficiency
• Experience with investment/trading technology and AWS Cloud is a plus
