We are looking for an ambitious and proactive Senior Publisher Manager to join the growing team. The role focuses on building strong partnerships with publishers and affiliates, negotiating deals, testing new revenue streams, and ensuring stable traffic flow and performance optimization.

Responsibilities:

• Identifies new leads and closes deals with publishers and affiliates
• Builds stable and scalable traffic flow from various sources
• Monitors and improves key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Conducts market and competitor research, offering strategic insights
• Explores and tests new revenue streams to drive business growth
• Maintains and updates CRM systems for accurate partner management
• Represents the company at international conferences and industry events

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Senior Publisher Manager or Account Manager
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with creative outreach strategies
• Proven experience with CPC, CPM, flat deals, and sourcing new traffic sites
• Proactive mindset with problem-solving abilities and independence
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and experience with Google Analytics
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
