We are looking for a Senior Product & UX Designer for our customer who’s main portfolio is market-ready digital products for AI & robotics companies — turning complex tech into interfaces people love to use.

We need another product thinker who can tame heavy data, ship weekly, and keep things effortlessly human.

Weekly “Design Together” sessions with clients—zero waiting weeks for feedback.
Twice-weekly Slack updates keep pulses steady.
Small senior team, flat hierarchy, big ownership.
We meet once a year in different parts of the world to connect, plan, and reset.

Responsibilities:

Partner with CEOs, PMs, and engineers from day zero—no silos.
UX: Run lean discovery: map jobs-to-be-done, interview users, mine insights, create userflows.
UI: Sketch → wireframe → prototype → polish in Figma; ship slices every week. This is a visual work.
UI: Design bite-size interactions and micro-animations that explain themselves.

Requirements:

4-7 yrs designing complex apps.
Portfolio that shows systems thinking and pixel craft. We are not looking for Landing pages or brand design examples.
Perfect blend of Product thinking and Visual design.
Able to explain design trade-offs in fully fluent English.
Genuine curiosity for robotics, AI, or aviation—or the hunger to learn fast.
Overlap ≥ 4 hrs/day with New York (UTC-4).

Nice-to-haves

Motion chops (Principle, Rive, Lottie, After Effects).
Dat visulization basics.
Agency or startup past life.
