Senior Product Manager

We are Headshot Recruitment Agency, and our client is a fast-scaling tech product company operating at the intersection of consumer AI, creator platforms, and mobile monetization. The team is building the next-generation freemium product ecosystem powered by LLMs and multimodal AI tools. As the company moves into its growth stage, they are hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead product strategy and full-lifecycle execution for user acquisition, activation, and monetization.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will own the growth strategy and funnel—from SEO-driven acquisition through onboarding, retention, and freemium monetization. You’ll drive vision alignment with the executive team, lead cross-functional teams from concept to launch, and champion a user-first, AI-aware product approach.

Responsibilities:

Product Vision & Strategy
• Partner with C-level to define a 12-month product roadmap: free → freemium → subscription
• Translate market and user research into prioritized growth bets (e.g., onboarding, paywalls, creator tools)
• Own product discovery, competitive analysis, and ecosystem expansion

Growth & Acquisition
• Lead user acquisition funnel: SEO landing pages, referral tools, creator share flows, ASO
• Drive A/B tests and multivariate experiments to optimize CAC-to-LTV ratio
• Implement tracking infrastructure: UTM tagging, event taxonomies, attribution via tools like Branch

Execution & Delivery
• Write PRDs, success metrics, and user stories for sprint planning
• Ship weekly increments with engineering and design—from wireframes to QA sign-off
• Raise the quality bar through structured release management and retrospectives

Data & Experimentation
• Define and track North Star metrics (activation, retention, ARPPU)
• Design statistically sound A/B tests and evangelize insights
• Build dashboards in tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Looker for self-serve analytics

Cross-Functional Leadership
• Align GTM, engineering, and community around roadmaps and releases
• Present trade-offs and business impact clearly to executive stakeholders
• Mentor junior PMs or PMMs as the team scales

User-Centric & AI-Aware Mindset
• Focus on features that delight both creators and consumers
• Stay current on Gen-AI trends (e.g., AnimateDiff, VideoGen, multimodal LLMs) to identify opportunities

Requirements:

• 5+ years in B2C product management for mobile/web, including 1+ year at Senior/Lead PM level
• Proven results in user acquisition and freemium monetization (subscriptions, bundles, paywalls)
• Data-driven mindset with ability to model impact using SQL, Sheets, or Python
• Strong product ownership: specs, mockups, shipping cycles, launch quality
• Experience in fast-paced environments with weekly or bi-weekly shipping cycles
• Executive-ready communication: aligns leadership, engineers, and creatives with clarity
• Passion for AI, generative tools, and creator-driven platforms
