We want a senior deal-maker who can negotiate, close, and scale partnerships with performance accountability.

Reports to Head of Social & Brand. Works with Studio for deliverables and Growth for ROI tracking.

Responsibilities:

• Source and close influencer deals (performance-based where possible).

• Own pipeline management: outreach, negotiation, contracting, deliverables, timelines.

• Coordinate creative requirements with Studio and ensure on-time delivery and approvals.

• Track results and scale winners; cut underperforming partnerships quickly.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in PR/influencer partnerships.

• Performance mindset: you care about CAC/ROI, not vanity.

• Strong organization; can manage multiple deals at once.
