Responsibilities:

Mission: turn winning angles into high-performing ad executions that ship fast and iterate from performance data

What you will do:
– Create hands-on ad executions: storyboards, design comps, frames, overlays, and production-ready assets for video editors
– Turn performance feedback into fast iterations: hook swaps, headline/caption systems, end-cards, CTAs, and format variants
– Maintain a reusable library of high-performing layouts, overlays, and persuasion patterns for paid and affiliate use
– Support creative QA: readability, offer clarity, conversion focus, and platform constraints.

How we see your first 90 days
Week 1-2: align on formats, design systems, and testing cadence; build core templates
Weeks 3-6: ship weekly test-plan asset packs reliably; improve iteration speed and quality
Weeks 7-12: raise creative win-rate through better packaging + faster iteration loops.

Requirements:

3+ years in performance design/creative production.
High-speed execution in Figma/Adobe; comfortable building modular templates and variants.
Conversion thinking: understands hooks, hierarchy, friction reduction, and clarity.
Comfort collaborating with media buyers and iterating from results.
