Responsibilities:

Mission: Build and scale Swipey.ai‘s affiliate engine (adult + mainstream) with strong quality control and predictable weekly growth.

What you will do:
– Design and maintain a reusable creative system: overlays, typography, frames, brand kits, and motion templates
– Produce thumbnails, ad frames, story templates, banner packs, and motion assets for paid + affiliates + social
– Translate concepts into clean, high-converting visuals with the studio team.

How we see your first 90 days:
Week 1-2: build baseline creative kit and templates for speed.
Weeks 3-6: deliver consistent packaging for paid + affiliate packs; reduce studio rework.
Weeks 7-12: expand template library and improve production throughput across teams.

Requirements:

Experience:
– 3+ years in design/motion with performance marketing outputs
– Portfolio showing performance marketing design
– Speed, organization, and systems thinking.
