Senior MediaBuyer
We are Headshot Recruitment Agency, and our client — a fast-growing performance marketing company — is hiring a Senior Media Buyer with deep expertise in the Adult vertical, including cam traffic and adult video content.
This is a fully remote, full-time position for an experienced performance marketer who can independently launch and scale CPL and CPA campaigns, manage tracking setups, and work across a variety of high-converting international offers in Adult, Gambling, and Dating.
Responsibilities:
Launch and manage campaigns in the adult video and cam space
Run paid media across ExoClick, JuicyAds, TrafficJunky, and other adult traffic networks
Work with a variety of formats: popunders, native ads, banners, RTB
Optimize for CPA and CPL goals using a data-driven, performance-focused approach
Set up and troubleshoot tracking systems, including postbacks, pixels, and S2S integrations
Collaborate with affiliate managers to prioritize top-performing offers
Perform regular A/B testing, analyze metrics, and scale winning campaigns
Ensure clean and reliable tracking infrastructure to drive actionable insights
Requirements:
2–3+ years of hands-on performance media buying experience
Proven expertise with international adult traffic, especially cam and video content platforms
Solid experience with platforms like ExoClick, JuicyAds, TrafficJunky, etc.
Deep understanding of CPL/CPA funnels, optimization, and media metrics
Technically fluent in attribution, postbacks, tracking pixels, and S2S integrations
Strong analytical mindset, test-and-learn approach, and attention to detail
Experience in Gambling and/or Dating verticals is a strong advantage
Multilingual abilities are a plus
Professional and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
