5+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads in performance-driven environments

Degree in Business, Marketing, Media, Communications, Management, or related field

Valid Google Ads certifications (advanced certifications are a plus)

Strong expertise in advanced campaign structures, bidding strategies, and multi-channel planning

Experience with automation tools (Ads Scripts, API workflows, Ads Editor)

Deep understanding of tracking, measurement, attribution models, Google Analytics 4, and Google Tag Manager

Proven experience managing substantial advertising budgets

Previous mentoring or leadership experience

Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency

Experience with analytics/reporting tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Looker) is a plus

Familiarity with PPC/SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Similarweb

Solid understanding of CRO, user behaviour, and landing page optimisation

Strong communication skills and fluent English (additional languages are a plus)
