Senior Frontend Developer (React | Remote or Cyprus)
We are Headshot Recruitment Agency, and our client — is a Cyprus-based AdTech company delivering cutting-edge real-time bidding (RTB) solutions for the online advertising ecosystem. Their products include ad SDKs, admin platforms, and frontend interfaces used by partners and clients worldwide.
As the team continues to grow, they’re looking for a skilled Frontend Developer or Lead to take ownership of frontend architecture and contribute to product stability, scalability, and UI excellence.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain the frontend of the admin panel, ad SDK, and landing pages
Evolve and support the company’s UI Kit and shared npm libraries
Make architecture-level decisions to implement complex business logic
Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and services
Ensure performance optimization and scalability of web apps
Write clean, testable code, and maintain unit and e2e tests
Requirements:
5+ years of commercial experience with React (v17–18) and modern frontend stacks
Solid experience with JavaScript (ES5, ES6) and TypeScript
Hands-on knowledge of Next.js, Redux / Redux Toolkit / MobX
Experience with Webpack (including custom configuration), Create React App
CSS tools: TailwindCSS, SASS, PostCSS, Styled-Components, Ant Design
Familiarity with OpenAPI, integration with backend APIs
Testing frameworks: Jest, Cypress
Good understanding of routing: React Router, Next Router
Proficiency in setting up linters, formatters, and git hooks (ESLint, Prettier, Husky)
Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
Ability to analyze tasks independently and propose architectural solutions
Experience with analytics tools or data visualization (e.g., Sentry, Chart.js)
UI-Kit or component library design experience
Code review and team mentorship experience
AdTech or Online Advertising background, including ad SDK development
