We want a senior community operator who can run cadence daily and treat community like a performance channel.

Reports to Head of Social & Brand. Collaborates with Creative Studio and Product for feedback loops.

Responsibilities:

• Own day-to-day community operations: moderation, engagement, daily cadence, and initiatives.

• Design community loops: prompts, challenges, events, and content formats.

• Monitor sentiment and surface insights to Social, Studio, and Product teams.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in community growth/management.

• Excellent writing and communication; strong instinct for what drives participation.

• KPI-driven approach (engagement, activity, retention contribution).

• Experience managing Socials: Discord, Reddit etc.
