It is a sophisticated product where users interact with AI characters through personalized, emotionally engaging communication.

From an engineering perspective, this platform integrates several high-stakes domains: Conversational AI/LLM, real-time backend architecture, recommendation engines, and high-load distributed systems.

Another product is a classic dating platform with millions of users worldwide.

Responsibilities:

About the role

We are looking for two senior .NET engineers to strengthen teams.

Your future tasks

Design and develop new product features and scalable backend solutions to support high-load systems.
Solve complex infrastructure tasks.
Profile and optimize solutions to scale high-performance and reliability.
System design.

Tech stack
.NET, MS SQL, RabbitMQ, Elasticsearch

Requirements:

Solid experience in C# development of high-load systems as a Senior engineer (preferably in BigTech product companies).
Practical skills with message brokers, Elasticsearch.
Experience in building microservices.
Degree in Computer Science or Math (Bachelor’s/Master’s)
Comfortable working in fast-moving product environments.
Strong ownership mindset and attention to quality.
English language at B2+ level, Russian — native.
Your time zone and location (GMT-GMT+6, except Russia, Belarus and Ukraine).
