As part of business expansion, the company is launching and developing a Dating vertical and is looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to become a key driver of its commercial growth.

This is a strategic role for a senior-level professional focused on results, business growth, and building long-term partnerships. The position offers a high level of autonomy, influence on strategy, and direct involvement in scaling a new vertical.

Responsibilities:

Drive business development and revenue growth within the Dating vertical.
Identify and attract key partners, advertisers, and strategic clients.
Lead negotiations and close commercial agreements.
Build and maintain long-term partner relationships.
Analyze the market, competitors, and new growth opportunities.
Contribute to the development of the vertical’s scaling strategy.
Represent the company at industry events and international conferences.

Requirements:

Senior-level candidates only.
Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Partnerships within performance marketing.
Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
Knowledge of the Dating market and performance-based models is a strong advantage.
Existing professional network and willingness to actively leverage it.
High level of independence and ownership of results.
Willingness to attend industry conferences and business events.
