We are Headshot Recruitment Agency, and our client is a multi-asset brokerage company offering 7 asset types and more than 12,000 trading instruments. The company provides professional services for institutional and retail clients across Europe and continues to expand rapidly. To strengthen their automation capabilities, they are looking for a Senior AQA Engineer Node.js to join the team in Limassol, Cyprus.

We are seeking a skilled Senior AQA Engineer Node.js to lead backend test automation and performance testing initiatives. You will be responsible for building and maintaining automated test suites, integrating tests into CI/CD, conducting load testing, and collaborating with development and DevOps teams to ensure the quality and performance of a high-load fintech platform.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain automated backend test suites using Node.js
• Create detailed and effective test plans and test strategies
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
• Perform load and performance testing, identify bottlenecks, and suggest improvements
• Collaborate with development and DevOps teams for smooth QA processes
• Generate detailed reports on test coverage and performance outcomes
• Support and enhance existing testing infrastructure

Requirements:

• Solid experience in Node.js test automation, including framework design and maintenance
• Knowledge of test design techniques and strategy creation
• Proficiency in SQL, with ability to validate data and ensure reporting accuracy
• Experience with API testing (functional, performance, security)
• Understanding of DevOps tools and environments: Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes
• English – intermediate level; Russian – fluent
