We’re currently hiring on behalf of a growing international iGaming company based in Limassol, looking for a Senior Affiliate Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities:

Managing and growing a portfolio of affiliate partners — if you know the mechanics, you’ll hit the ground running
Sourcing new affiliates, building genuine relationships, and driving quality traffic
Supporting existing partners and helping them scale
Handling contract negotiations and keeping partnerships running smoothly
Tracking performance and optimizing based on data
Staying closely connected with your network — email, calls, occasional face-to-face meetings

Requirements:

4+ years of affiliate marketing experience in iGaming
2+ years experience within Tier 1 markets, with an active database
Solid background in online marketing or sales
Fluent English, both written and spoken; UA/RU is a strong plus
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Organized, numbers-driven, results-oriented mindset
