We are Headshot Recruitment Agency, and our client is seeking a Senior Affiliate Manager (iGaming) to search for and attract new partners, maintain and develop long-term relationships with existing partners, analyze traffic efficiency, monitor CPA, CPL, RevShare metrics, develop and implement strategies to increase conversion and retain partners, interact with other departments (marketing, analytics, finance) to ensure the smooth operation of the affiliate program, and prepare reports on the effectiveness of affiliate channels.

Responsibilities:

Partner Acquisition: Search for and attract new partners.
Relationship Management: Maintain and develop long-term relationships with existing partners.
Traffic Analysis: Analyze traffic efficiency, monitor CPA, CPL, RevShare metrics.
Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategies to increase conversion and retain partners.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Interact with other departments (marketing, analytics, finance) to ensure the smooth operation of the affiliate program.
Reporting: Prepare reports on the effectiveness of affiliate channels.

Requirements:

Experience: At least 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing (iGaming only, preferably networks).
Network: Possession of an up-to-date base of webmasters (CIS, Europe).
Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the main models of work in affiliate marketing (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid).
Technical Skills: Experience with Ahrefs or other spy tools.
