Role Overview

We are a stable and fast-growing company with over 4 years of experience in the market, actively expanding into new verticals. As part of the next stage of growth, we are launching a Dating vertical and are looking for a Senior Affiliate Manager who will play a key role in building and scaling this direction.

We are seeking a strong senior-level professional with a results-driven mindset, ready to influence strategy, scaling, and growth of the vertical, as well as to bring and further develop their own affiliate partner base.

Responsibilities:

Launch and develop the Dating vertical from the ground up.
Build, transfer, and scale a personal affiliate partner base.
Source, attract, and develop new partners.
Full partner management cycle: communication, launch support, volume growth.
Build internal processes and a sustainable partner ecosystem within the vertical.
Analyze performance, test hypotheses, and scale successful solutions.
Represent the company at industry events and international conferences.

Requirements:

Senior-level candidates only.
Proven experience in affiliate / performance marketing.
High level of independence, ownership, and responsibility.
Own active base of affiliate / partner contacts.
Willingness to transfer and grow the partner base within the company.
Availability and willingness to attend industry conferences.
