Senior Affiliate Manager (CPA)

We are Headshot Recruitment Agency, and our client is looking for a Senior Affiliate Manager (CPA) to expand and develop the current base of webmasters, find common ground with new partners, motivate webmasters to cooperate with us, analyze traffic provided by webmasters, maintain constant communication, attend industry events, and continuously seek opportunities to increase webmaster earnings.

Responsibilities:

  • Affiliate Expansion: Expand and develop the current base of webmasters.
  • Partner Relations: Establish rapport with new partners and maintain relationships with existing webmasters.
  • Motivation & Objection Handling: Motivate webmasters to collaborate with us and address any objections.
  • Traffic Analysis: Analyze the traffic provided by webmasters and propose alternative solutions when necessary.
  • Communication: Maintain constant communication through chats, emails, and messengers, responding promptly to webmasters.
  • Industry Engagement: Attend industry events (conferences, meetups) and engage with partners.
  • Revenue Optimization: Continuously seek opportunities to increase webmaster earnings.

Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with iGaming/betting verticals and a keen interest in further development in these areas.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to find flexible solutions in complex situations; ambitious and energetic.
  • Language Proficiency: Confident in English communication.
  • Responsibility: Capable of taking responsibility for decisions, handling objections, and remaining composed in challenging situations.
  • Impact-Driven: Desire for your work to influence the company’s development trajectory.
