We are Headshot Recruitment Agency, and our client is seeking a Senior Account Manager (iGaming) to manage key clients (B2B partners, casino and betting operators), develop and optimize partner monetization strategies, conduct data analysis to improve client performance, ensure compliance with agreements, SLAs, and KPIs, and maintain reporting, forecasting, and analysis of client performance.

Responsibilities:

Client Management: Manage key clients (B2B partners, casino and betting operators).
Monetization Strategy: Develop and optimize partner monetization strategies.
Data Analysis: Conduct data analysis to improve client performance.
Compliance Monitoring: Ensure compliance with agreements, SLAs, and KPIs of partners.
Reporting: Maintain reporting, forecasting, and analysis of client performance.

Requirements:

Experience: At least 2 years of experience in iGaming as an Account Manager / Senior Account Manager (in direct brands such as 1win, Pin-Up, etc.).
Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of iGaming monetization models (Revenue Share, CPA, Hybrid).
Client Management: Experience working with major clients.
Negotiation Skills: Excellent negotiation skills and ability to handle objections.
