Regional Head / Country Manager

Our client is an international product company in the iGaming / B2C space, with strong marketing expertise and large-scale budgets. The team is currently expanding and looking for a Regional Head to drive growth across key markets.

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for developing the region from both a business and marketing perspective, acting as a key link between teams.

Your scope will include:

Launching and scaling the region (driving key metrics and revenue growth)
Coordinating marketing, product, analytics, and local teams
Managing country managers and operational resources
Contributing to market entry strategies for new geographies
Overseeing marketing performance and budget scaling
Adapting product and marketing strategies to local market specifics

Important: this is a cross-functional role — management is carried out through collaboration with multiple departments rather than a fully dedicated team.

Priority Regions

Central Asia (especially Uzbekistan)
CIS countries
Turkey / Azerbaijan

Candidates with experience in LATAM and Asia will also be considered.

Requirements:

Experience managing a region, country, or business unit
Experience in B2C or high-risk industries (iGaming, fintech, betting, crypto, etc.)
Strong understanding of marketing: traffic, funnels, scaling
Experience in cross-functional collaboration (marketing, product, analytics)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and test hypotheses quickly
Experience with localization (adapting products/marketing to local markets, not just translation)

Nice to have:

Experience launching new markets
Experience working with large marketing budgets
