Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring hiring targets and KPIs are met.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent across high-risk industries, including iGaming, betting, fintech, edtech, gamedev, and IT.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles, ensuring efficiency and quality.
  • Optimize sourcing channels and employer branding initiatives to attract top professionals.
  • Improve and refine recruitment workflows, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop tailored hiring plans based on business needs.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and provide data-driven reports to senior management.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and innovations in talent acquisition and workforce development.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to connect with top talent.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Team Lead Recruitment or in a Senior Recruiter role with leadership responsibilities.
  • Proven track record in hiring for high-risk industries such as iGaming, betting, fintech, and IT.
  • Strong expertise in full-cycle recruitment, sourcing strategies, and employer branding.
  • Excellent leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to build and manage a high-performing recruitment team.
  • Data-driven mindset, capable of analyzing recruitment metrics and optimizing hiring strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in Russian and English (Serbian is a plus but not required).
  • Proficiency in ATS systems and recruitment tools to streamline hiring processes.
