Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring hiring targets and KPIs are met.
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent across high-risk industries, including iGaming, betting, fintech, edtech, gamedev, and IT.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles, ensuring efficiency and quality.
Optimize sourcing channels and employer branding initiatives to attract top professionals.
Improve and refine recruitment workflows, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Collaborate with hiring managers to develop tailored hiring plans based on business needs.
Monitor recruitment metrics and provide data-driven reports to senior management.
Stay ahead of industry trends and innovations in talent acquisition and workforce development.
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to connect with top talent.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience as a Team Lead Recruitment or in a Senior Recruiter role with leadership responsibilities.
Proven track record in hiring for high-risk industries such as iGaming, betting, fintech, and IT.
Strong expertise in full-cycle recruitment, sourcing strategies, and employer branding.
Excellent leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to build and manage a high-performing recruitment team.
Data-driven mindset, capable of analyzing recruitment metrics and optimizing hiring strategies.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in Russian and English (Serbian is a plus but not required).
Proficiency in ATS systems and recruitment tools to streamline hiring processes.
