We are Headshot Recruitment Agency, and our client — a large and fast-scaling iGaming company — is looking for an experienced Recruiter to help scale high-performing teams across Product, Marketing, Tech, and Compliance.

If you’re already familiar with iGaming/Crypto or eager to go deep into the niche, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

Full-cycle recruitment for iGaming/Crypto teams: Affiliate, Product, Developers, AML, Data Analysts, etc.
Managing hiring from search map to offer
Sourcing across LinkedIn, Telegram, HH, Djinni, niche job boards
Candidate management: screenings, interviews, test tasks, feedback
Labor market analysis and salary benchmarking across GEOs (Europe, CIS, LATAM, Asia)
Ownership of onboarding and offboarding
Participation in HR projects: employer brand, eNPS, assessment, etc.

Requirements:

Experience in iGaming/Crypto hiring is a strong plus
1+ year of experience in recruiting (agency or in-house)
Confident sourcing skills (Boolean, X-ray, LinkedIn Recruiter)
Understanding of salary benchmarks for Dev, Product, Affiliate, and Marketing roles
Ability to evaluate hard/soft skills and cultural fit
English level B1+ — enough to handle candidate comms and intake meetings
Familiarity with iGaming terms: CPA, RevShare, AML, KYC, Smartlink
Hands-on experience with ATS tools (Lever, Workable, or similar)
