Responsibilities:

  • Full-cycle recruitment for HoReCa industry roles, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Utilize various sourcing channels (job boards, social media, networking, referrals) to attract top talent.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process from job postings to extending offers and onboarding support.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Stay updated on HoReCa industry trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.

Requirements:

  • Preferred location: Cyprus (or remote candidates with strong knowledge of the HoReCa talent market).
  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment, specifically in HoReCa, hospitality, or service industries.
  • Proven track record of closing jun-to-senior level roles in the industry.
  • Strong sourcing and headhunting skills using various recruitment tools and platforms.
  • Fluent English (both spoken and written) / any other language is a plus.
  • Excellent ability to assess candidate potential and match them with the right opportunities.
  • Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment automation tools.
