Responsibilities:

Full-cycle recruitment for HoReCa industry roles, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Utilize various sourcing channels (job boards, social media, networking, referrals) to attract top talent.
Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
Manage the entire recruitment process from job postings to extending offers and onboarding support.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing and future hiring needs.
Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Stay updated on HoReCa industry trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.

Requirements:

Preferred location: Cyprus (or remote candidates with strong knowledge of the HoReCa talent market).
3+ years of experience in recruitment, specifically in HoReCa, hospitality, or service industries.
Proven track record of closing jun-to-senior level roles in the industry.
Strong sourcing and headhunting skills using various recruitment tools and platforms.
Fluent English (both spoken and written) / any other language is a plus.
Excellent ability to assess candidate potential and match them with the right opportunities.
Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment automation tools.
