Project Manager iGaming
We are Headshot Recruitment Agency, and our client is seeking a Project Manager with a solid background in iGaming to manage the full product lifecycle, from concept to launch and optimization. The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring all projects meet deadlines, scope, and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Own the full product lifecycle: from concept, roadmap, and requirements to launch, optimization, and reporting.
Define and prioritize product backlog based on business goals, user needs, and technical feasibility.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and third-party providers to ensure timely, on-spec delivery.
Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Manage day-to-day operations and ensure all projects meet deadlines, scope, and quality standards.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, documentation, reports, and presentations.
Facilitate communication across internal teams and external stakeholders.
Participate in planning and strategy meetings, contributing to product and operational improvements.
Analyze product performance and user behavior to drive data-informed decisions.
Ensure all activities align with compliance, regulatory, and internal governance standards.
Proactively identify risks and resolve issues to maintain project momentum.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Product or Project Manager in the iGaming/gambling industry.
Excellent spoken and written English.
Proficient with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Experience working with cross-functional teams (marketing, tech, design).
Familiarity with market research, user behavior, and marketing strategies.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to translate ideas into actionable tasks and clear documentation.
