We are Headshot Recruitment Agency, and our client is a Cyprus-based SaaS and software development company which is looking for a Project Manager to launch and lead a new project from the ground up.

The company builds simple and powerful desktop and mobile software products used by millions of users worldwide: tools for screen recording, PDF editing, file conversion, and more. Their new project will build on existing code and product foundations and requires an autonomous and proactive operator who is ready to take ownership.

Responsibilities:

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with the company’s business objectives
Coordinate daily operations and ensure timely execution
Hire and manage freelancers or in-house staff as needed
Contribute to sales efforts — outreach, client calls, and market entry strategy
Refine and optimize the product in collaboration with technical team
Communicate proactively with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

2+ years of experience as a Project Manager in SaaS, B2C tech, or startup environments
Strong organizational and executional skills: this is a hands-on role
Fluent English (written & spoken); other languages are a plus
Experience in managing remote teams/freelancers
Bonus: sales experience, Agile background, or technical/product understanding
Work permit for Cyprus is required
Familiarity with digital project tools like Trello, Notion, Slack, CRMs
