The mission is to redefine user engagement by combining the power of LLMs, generative AI, and personalized digital experiences. As one of the first members of the team, the Product Manager / Product Owner will play a pivotal role in shaping both the product and the team culture.

We are seeking a Product Manager / Product Owner with a strong background in digital product development and a passion for building from scratch. You will take full ownership of the product strategy and execution, working closely with AI experts, developers, and designers to create an innovative platform in a rapidly evolving niche.

Responsibilities:

• Define and execute product strategy from the ground up.
• Conduct user research and competitive analysis to identify insights and opportunities.
• Build and maintain the product roadmap, set priorities based on user value and feasibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, and AI/ML specialists.
• Define, track, and optimize key product metrics such as engagement, retention, and monetization.
• Lead the MVP launch, gather early feedback, and iterate rapidly.
• Shape user experience with a deep understanding of industry-specific behavior and expectations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience launching products from scratch or working in early-stage startups.
• Strong knowledge of the digital product development lifecycle.
• Familiarity with AI/ML and LLM technologies or experience in similar projects is a strong plus.
• Previous experience in adult entertainment or adjacent domains.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
