Product Manager (iGaming)
We are Headshot Recruitment Agency, and our client — an experienced iGaming company operating in 20+ countries — is looking for a Product Manager ready to take full ownership of funnels, features, and growth strategies.
You’ll be joining a strong platform and helping launch new brands while optimizing user acquisition, retention, and monetization flows across Tier-1 markets.
Responsibilities:
Support the launch and growth of iGaming brands across global GEOs
Own the entire product funnel — from acquisition to retention and engagement
Create, test, and scale hypotheses that improve user value and LTV
Translate business goals into actionable product initiatives
Analyze competitors, track audience needs, and apply best practices
Conduct custdev interviews, gather insights and feedback from users
Run A/B tests, prioritize feature backlog, and improve metrics like retention, ARPU, and session time
Maintain and enhance Customer Journey Map
Collaborate with the platform development team
Requirements:
2+ years of experience as Product Manager in iGaming or adjacent verticals
Strong exposure to Tier-1 markets
Experience managing product launches and scaling projects
Comfortable with analytics, A/B testing, and hypothesis-driven development
Able to break down business goals into product solutions
Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
Structured thinking with attention to value delivery
Technical literacy is a plus
English level B1+ and higher
