Product / Data Analyst (Product Analytics) for Adult

Reports to the CTO. Works closely with the CEO and CMO (weekly insights and priorities).
We want a senior product analyst who can go from SQL → insight → shipped action → measured outcome.
Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain core product dashboards: retention cohorts, engagement, conversion, spend behavior, and funnel drop-offs.
• Run deep dives: why users churn, why they stop paying, where they get stuck.
• Measure product changes and experiments; provide clear readouts and recommendations.
• Deliver weekly executive insights pack with decisions and next steps.
Requirements:
• Experience: 4+ years in product/data analytics.
• Strong SQL and event-based analytics background.
• Ability to turn data into actionable product changes (not just reporting).
• Comfort working in a fast startup environment with high expectations.
