The founder of the company — a serial entrepreneur and investor featured in Forbes — is looking for a high-caliber Personal/Business Assistant to join his global support team.

Responsibilities:

Ensure maximum performance efficiency of the Founder: calendar, task management, meeting notes
Handle documentation: prepare presentations, reports, organize data
Manage business & personal travel arrangements, visas, bookings
Provide lifestyle assistance (gifts, personal scheduling, ad hoc errands)
Serve as a trusted gatekeeper and coordinator for daily operations
Support communication, prioritize tasks, and follow up on key projects

Requirements:

3–5+ years of experience as Executive or Personal Assistant to HNWIs / C-levels / Founders
Fluent in English and Russian (English C1+ is mandatory, incl. oral fluency)
Proven background managing international travel and business logistics
Excellent knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar); experience with Slack, Asana, Miro is a plus
Experience working under service contracts and full-time availability
Proactive, structured, responsive — you thrive in fast-paced, high-responsibility roles
Ability to operate across multiple time zones (Founder often based in Dubai + Europe)
Candidates must be 25+ years old; ability to work flexible hours
Prior experience working with UHNWI is a major advantage
