ORM Team Lead / Senior ORM Specialist

We are looking for an experienced ORM Team Lead / Senior ORM Specialist to take ownership of a full-scale online reputation management function for a fast-growing financial and trading product.

This role is a strong fit for someone who can combine hands-on reputation management with strategic thinking, team coordination, process building, and crisis communication.

You will be responsible for building and managing the company’s online reputation across search engines, review platforms, social media, forums, external communities, and other public digital channels.

Responsibilities:

— Develop and manage a complete ORM strategy, including monitoring, response management, and proactive reputation building;
— Lead and coordinate a team of ORM specialists, including task distribution, prioritization, quality control, and feedback;
— Build internal ORM processes from scratch: SOPs, response templates, communication standards, escalation rules, and guidelines;
— Coordinate with PR, SMM, Support, Legal, SEO, and other teams to maintain a consistent brand voice;
— Monitor brand mentions across social media, forums, review platforms, media outlets, Reddit, Twitter/X, and other external communities;
— Handle negative reviews, crisis communication, reputation attacks, and sensitive public discussions;
— Work with SERM: manage branded search results, promote positive and neutral content, and reduce harmful search visibility;
— Track sentiment trends, reputation threats, brand perception, and performance dynamics;
— Prepare clear reports with insights, risks, and recommendations for internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

— 3+ years of experience in ORM, online reputation management, SERM, SEO reputation, or related areas;
— Experience as a Team Lead or strong Senior ORM Specialist;
— Real experience managing or coordinating a team;
— Strong understanding of reputation risks in financial, trading, fintech, or other high-risk niches;
— Hands-on experience with SERM and review platforms;
— Understanding of how online reputation impacts business metrics, brand trust, and user acquisition;
— Experience building internal processes, documentation, templates, and workflows;
— Ability to work with KPIs, metrics, reports, and data-driven decision-making;
— Experience with tools such as Brand Analytics, YouScan, Mention, Medialog, or similar platforms;
— Strong crisis communication and negative review handling skills;
— Fluent Russian;
— Good written English, B2+ minimum.
