Is a fintech platform helping online merchants worldwide accept payments: card-to-card, eCom with 3DS, e-wallet (P2C), SEPA/SWIFT and Open Banking.
The product ensures high conversion, stable processing and real-time analytics.

We are looking for a specialist responsible for maintaining the stability of payment systems, monitoring real-time performance metrics and reacting quickly to operational issues.
The role combines operations, traffic monitoring and L2/application support and requires close communication with Support and IT teams.

Responsibilities:

– Real-time monitoring of payment traffic and transaction performance via Grafana/internal dashboards
– Tracking key metrics (approval rate, drops, error spikes)
– Switching providers/channels during incidents
– Communication with merchants and payment partners regarding operational issues
– Working with large transaction datasets and Excel exports
– Collaborating with L1 Support and IT teams on escalated cases

Requirements:

– Experience in payments: PSP / payment aggregator / high-risk merchant (gambling/betting/forex)
– Understanding of routing, approval/decline logic, caps/limits
– Confident Excel skills (filters, formulas, working with large tables)
– Strong PC skills, comfortable using multiple systems
– Written English for communication with providers
– Ability to work 2/2 (11.5–12-hour shifts), GMT+2–4 time zone

Nice to have: experience in financial reporting, reconciliation, L2/Application Support
