Operation Manager / Traffic Monitoring

Company is a fintech platform that enables online merchants worldwide to accept payments: card-to-card, eCommerce with 3DS, e-wallets (P2C), SEPA/SWIFT, and Open Banking.

The company provides high conversion rates, stable traffic, and real-time analytics.

We are looking for a specialist who will ensure payment traffic stability, quickly react to any deviations, and communicate with merchants and payment providers.

This role combines operations + traffic monitoring + L2/Application support.

You will join as the second Operations specialist and work closely with support and IT teams.

Responsibilities:

— Monitor payment traffic and transactions in Grafana and internal dashboards
— Track key metrics (approval rate, drops, errors)
— Switch channels/providers оперативно during incidents
— Communicate with merchants and partners on operational matters
— Work with transaction data exports (Excel, large datasets)
— Collaborate with L1 support and IT on complex cases

Requirements:

— Experience in payments: PSP / aggregator / high-risk merchants (gambling, betting, forex)
— Understanding of routing and traffic metrics (approval rate, decline reasons, caps/limits)
— Strong Excel skills (filters, formulas, large datasets)
— Confident user of multiple systems and tools
— Written English for communication with providers and merchants
— Readiness to work 2/2 schedule (11.5–12 hour shifts, GMT+2–4)

➕ Nice to have

— Financial accounting / reconciliation experience
— L2 / Application Support background
