Online Growth Manager (Outreach & Link Building)

We are Headshot Recruitment Agency, and our client is a European SaaS product company which is looking for an Online Growth Manager to help scale their global presence and grow high-quality organic traffic through link building, digital outreach, and smart growth tactics.

You’ll join a 15–20 person marketing team, take full ownership of outreach, and test everything from Reddit hacks to content partnerships.

Responsibilities:

Outreach & Link Building
- Identify and secure high-quality backlink opportunities (guest posts, directories, media).
- Manage cold/warm outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, etc.
- Build relationships with bloggers, publishers, and niche influencers.
Online Promotion
- Grow traffic through Reddit, forums, micro-communities, etc.
- Support SEO content creation and help boost existing assets.
- Continuously test new digital growth channels.
Autonomy & Initiative
- Propose and execute experiments — we reward action, not just ideas.
- Build and optimize scalable outreach systems.

Requirements:

Must-haves:
- Fluent English (written/spoken) — negotiation level
- Experience in online marketing, preferably in IT/SaaS
- Self-starter mindset and hands-on execution style
- Grit: able to focus on routine work that drives results
- Valid Cyprus work permit – non-negotiable
Nice-to-haves:
- Outreach or SEO link building experience
- Experience with Ahrefs, SEMrush or similar tools
- Familiarity with SaaS, affiliate marketing, or growth loops
- Content or visual tools: Canva, Figma, video snippets
