Motion Designer (iGaming)

We are looking for a Motion Designer who will be responsible for creating educational, product, and marketing video content using both classic motion design tools and modern AI solutions.

This role combines creativity with technical expertise. The ideal candidate should not only create high-quality videos but also optimize workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and contribute ideas for improving the content production process.

Responsibilities:

Create educational and product-focused video materials (tutorials) based on business needs.
Generate video content using AI tools.
Create AI-generated videos with specific characters while maintaining consistency and recognizable appearance.
Work with AI avatars and lip-sync animation.
Adapt video content for different platforms and formats.
Localize video materials for different markets and languages.
Produce scalable and repetitive video content efficiently.
Optimize and automate video production workflows.
Explore and implement new tools and technologies to improve content creation.

Requirements:

Strong experience with Adobe After Effects (plugins, scripts, automation workflows).
Experience using AI tools for video generation and content creation.
Experience working with Figma.
Understanding of workflow automation principles.
Strong attention to detail and focus on quality.
Excellent time management skills.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with a team.
Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and tools.

Nice to Have

Experience creating AI-generated video content.
Experience with AI character generation and animation.
Experience with lip-sync technologies.
Background in iGaming, digital products, marketing, or similar industries.
Experience building scalable content production processes.
