Middle Recruiter
An international FinTech / Forex company with a strong global presence is actively expanding its team in Cyprus. The company operates across multiple regions and is currently strengthening its Cyprus office, working in a fast-paced, international, and technology-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for internal positions
Hire across multiple functions, including:
IT & Tech roles (Backend, Frontend, Developers, IT Specialists)
Marketing
Business Development
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring priorities
Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates
Manage pipelines and ensure a smooth candidate experience
Support the growth and scaling of the Cyprus office
Requirements:
Middle+ / Senior-level experience as an in-house or agency recruiter
Previous experience in FinTech, Forex, or IT environments is a strong advantage
Proven experience hiring technical and commercial roles
English B2+ — confident, independent interview skills
Russian language is a strong plus
Willingness to work on-site in Limassol (office-based role)
Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
