Meta UA Manager (Growth & Infrastructure) — AI Companion / Adult Tech

Swipey.AI is redefining entertainment at the intersection of AI and personalized digital connection. We’re scaling globally and looking for a Meta UA Manager to own and build our performance marketing engine from the ground up.

This is a hands-on growth role for someone who has run high-volume Meta campaigns in gray-hat, dating, adult, or highly regulated verticals (AI companions, subscription entertainment) and knows how to scale aggressively while staying ahead of platform policy. You’ll be building account infrastructure, tracking, and cloaking systems from scratch alongside the founder, and will join a marketing team of media buyers, designers, and dev ops.

Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and scale performance-based Meta campaigns, managing account infrastructure (Business Managers, agency accounts, proxies) for continuous ad uptime
Deploy and manage cloaking tools and trackers (e.g., Keitaro, Traffic Armor) to route traffic between “safe” and “money” pages, optimizing ROI while minimizing ban rates
Partner with Motion/Design on creative briefs that pass Meta’s automated and manual review while converting on the underlying offer
Implement server-side tracking (Meta CAPI) and postback setups for resilient data despite account churn; report on performance drivers
Stay ahead of Meta’s policy updates and moderation systems

Requirements:

2+ years of high-volume Meta UA/media buying experience in gray-hat, dating, adult, or highly regulated niches, with a focus on Tier 1 English-speaking GEOs
Hands-on cloaking, traffic filtering, and tracker setup experience
Deep knowledge of the Meta ecosystem: account warm-up, restriction handling, ban appeals, BM/profile supply management
Solid understanding of attribution, server-side tracking, pixel preservation, and data visualization tools
Strong written and verbal English
