We are Headshot Recruitment Agency, and our client is a fast-growing digital marketing agency focused on lead generation for U.S.-based med spas and construction companies. Their team combines creative strategy with performance marketing to deliver high-impact results.

They are now looking for a MediaBuyer / Marketing Funnels and Campaign Manager to take ownership of digital campaigns from end to end — including ads optimization, landing page edits, copywriting, and automation setup. This is a long-term remote opportunity with the potential to grow into a management role.

Responsibilities:

Plan, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns (Facebook & Instagram)
Coordinate and iterate on ad creatives with designers
Write compelling ad and funnel copy for high-conversion performance
Update client websites and landing pages as needed
Set up SMS and email marketing automations (using tools like Zapier)
Manage and organize campaign data via Excel and Google Drive
Contribute to campaign reporting and ongoing performance improvements
Support senior team members in testing and scaling strategies

Requirements:

Proven hands-on experience managing Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns
Background in digital marketing and campaign execution
Strong written and spoken English communication skills
Familiarity with planning and reviewing ad creatives
Basic knowledge of marketing automation tools (e.g., Zapier)
Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
Self-driven, curious, and eager to grow into leadership roles
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
