Media Buyer (Meta)

We are Headshot Recruitment Agency, and our client is a global gambling project with a strong presence in Tier 2 and Tier 3 markets. The team operates with clear unit economics, long-term traffic strategy, and deep in-house performance expertise. Due to scaling, they are hiring a Media Buyer (Meta) to strengthen their internal traffic team and help drive measurable impact.

As a Media Buyer focused on Facebook Ads, you will play a key role in managing high-budget campaigns, optimizing user funnels, and scaling traffic across international geos. This is an in-house position based in Limassol with direct access to top decision-makers and the ability to influence acquisition strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Launch and manage advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook Ads)
• Conduct deep funnel analysis and scale winning campaigns
• Manage $20K+ monthly budgets, identifying growth points and performance trends
• Track and report key metrics: CR, ROI, LTV, CPA
• Collaborate with creative, analytics, and product teams to test new strategies
• Research new approaches, audiences, and non-standard acquisition angles
• Oversee and configure tracking systems (Keitaro, Voluum), including S2S, events, and split tests

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in media buying or traffic arbitrage
• Proven track record with Facebook Ads in international markets
• Solid experience in gambling, betting, or sweepstakes verticals — required
• Familiarity with Tier 2 / Tier 3 geos, especially Turkey, Bangladesh, India, Pakistan, Egypt, Morocco
• Experience with scaling campaigns and managing large ad budgets
• Skills in using anti-detect browsers, proxies, and advanced split testing
• English proficiency at Intermediate+ level (written communication and interface fluency)
