We are Headshot Recruitment Agency, and our client is a fast-growing international gambling company with a strong product and presence in Tier 2 / Tier 3 markets. As the team scales, they’re hiring an experienced in-house Media Buyer focused on Facebook Ads, ready to influence performance, scale campaigns, and grow within a transparent, results-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

Plan, launch, and optimize Facebook Ads campaigns
Manage and scale funnels: testing, analysis, performance optimization
Operate monthly budgets of $20K+ with a focus on ROI and growth
Track key metrics: CR, CPA, LTV, ROI
Collaborate with creative, analytics, and product teams
Research new audiences, creatives, and traffic approaches
Oversee tracking setup: Keitaro / Voluum, S2S, event-based conversion tracking
Work with anti-detect browsers, proxies, and traffic management tools

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in media buying or affiliate arbitrage
Proven track record running international campaigns via Facebook Ads
Solid experience in Gambling / Betting / Sweepstakes verticals (required)
Familiarity with Tier 2 / Tier 3 GEOs (especially TR, BD, IN, PK, EG, MA)
Skilled in scaling campaigns and working with large ad budgets
Experience with anti-detect tools, proxies, and traffic infrastructure
English proficiency at Intermediate+ (for tools, reporting, communication)
