We are kicking off the hiring process for a Media Buyer (Crypto Gambling) to join a crypto-only casino brand looking to test and validate new traffic acquisition strategies. The focus is on non-standard channels like Facebook and influencer/streamer traffic, with the goal of identifying scalable, high-performing acquisition approaches for a rapidly evolving vertical.

This is a hands-on role with room to scale and build a team — ideal for a performance-driven specialist who knows the crypto casino landscape and is ready to experiment without the pressure of immediate ROI.

Responsibilities:

Identify, launch, and test new traffic channels (with priority on Facebook and streamers)
Work closely with internal junior specialists for operational support
Collaborate with client-side designers and developers (with access to a white-label platform)
Manage testing cycles, analyze performance, and iterate quickly
Bring in freelance support when needed to accelerate progress
Own early-stage traffic strategy and propose scalable solutions
Provide feedback to refine positioning, funnels, and creatives
Report findings, blockers, and wins directly to the leadership team

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in media buying, preferably with a focus on crypto gambling, betting, or high-risk verticals
Proven track record with non-standard traffic sources (e.g., Facebook, streamers, influencer marketing, niche platforms)
Ability to launch campaigns from scratch and operate autonomously
Experience working in environments with no immediate ROI pressure — comfort with testing and experimentation
Understanding of crypto payment flows and marketing limitations of crypto-based products
Strong analytical skills: ability to interpret performance data and adjust strategy accordingly
Comfortable working with junior support, delegating operational tasks
Ability to communicate clearly with designers, developers, and business stakeholders
Proactive mindset, resourcefulness, and ownership mentality
English – Intermediate+ (spoken and written)
